Payment Method
There are three basic ways to pay by YamaahAgency.com & FahadBoutique.com  where together they’re working to meet the highest level of service to our valued customers. our policy is (respect, trust, money)
First method:
Before completing the payment process, You Can check the sizes and colors, through pressing "check out" and choose to pay offline and from there we will contact you to provide you with the details about the product you want to buy, we're in Yamaah Agency & FAHADBoutique try our best to avoid any problems that may occur during the pro-cess of shopping with us, we’re working to ensure that all of our policies are simple and clear, so if you need to inquire about anything please feel free to contact us directly by:

Second method:
K-NET and through several ways of cooperating with either a pay app method either through your application that the company provides, or through a link we send to you after confirming by a text message, email letter, or Whats’app instant message to..
These companies rely on special protection, connected to local banks and a K-NET network system.
Third method:
PayPal, and if you have an account on PayPal you can pay by credit cards or prepaid cards.
In all these cases, we will contact and coordinate with you, and please take caution be-fore making any payment process by E-mail or other means of various text messages before contacting us.

In case of any additional charges we will notify the customer and get it returned by Yamaah Agency and Fahad Boutique.

Delivery Policy
From Kuwait:


1.    Free delivery, purchases will be delivered at the scheduled time and place, we will contact you and deliver the product either to your address or any specified place by the customer, through coordinating with us on the phone and if necessary we will use specialized companies to deliver the order without any additional fees payed by our customers.


2.    We can delivery throughout the day 24 hours, depending on the hours that the client wishes to receive the purchase in whether it was early or late based on the daily schedule & conditions.


3.    Orders will be delivered as soon as possible, the period of time if you didn't add or request modification, will vary between 1 business day and up to 7 business days.


4.    When the order is made you will be asked to sign electronically or on a copy of the invoice and signing is only a confirmation that you received the product shown in the invoice.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

Replacement and Returns policy


Note: you have the right to replace but not return the goods and products ordered from YamaahAgency.com within 10 days from the date of purchase as long as the following conditions apply:
That the goods to be replaced by manufacturers has a defect that can not be repaired without compromising the quality of them.

 

  • That the goods are in mint condition, with full accessories, if any. returned to contain-er/bag and packaging.

A coupon worth the amount paid will be processed to the client in case the product re-turned couldn’t be replaced or the product desired was unavailable to replace the pur-chased product with, or any other reason by the client or by Yamaah Agency and Fahad Boutique.

 

  • Yamaah Agency in collaboration with Fahad Boutique are able to repair or change the color or size in certain cases of goods to suit the customer’s need (this service is only available in Kuwait & GCC countries only)
